b) The domain www.thirty-one-degrees.com is owned by THE ASTEROID, UNIPESSOAL, LDA, a commercial company headquartered at Rua de Enxomil, 687, 4410-423 Arcozelo, Portugal, under the Tax Identification Number 513 951 857, entity with documents deposited in electronic support, hereinafter referred to as THE ASTEROID.
2 – CONDITIONS OF USE
a) The user undertakes to use this website in compliance with the provisions of applicable law, refraining from using the site for activities contrary to law, morals and good customs, or rights and interests of third parties.
3 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
a) All the text, visual, sound, technological elements and other content presented on our website www.thirty-one-degrees.com, are exclusive property of THE ASTEROID and are protected by Intellectual Property Rights. By granting access to the website, THE ASTEROID is not granting any license or rights to the user.

4 – INFORMATION ON PRODUCTS AND PRICES a) In the product pages of our website www.thirty-one-degrees.com we provide information on the essential characteristics of our products through technical descriptions and photographs that illustrate the products here marketed.
b) The prices of all the products indicated in our website are presented in euros, including the price, transportation, fees and taxes, all duly discriminated. The VAT included in all prices corresponds to the rate applicable on the day of the order. Any change to the applicable VAT will have an immediate impact on the prices of the products. Nevertheless, THE ASTEROID reserves the right to change prices at any time. c) The prices and promotions presented on our website www.thirty-one-degrees.com may change, and their availability may be related to limited periods of time. Some of the promotional offers may have a quantity limit per customer, a circumstance that, if applicable, will always be mentioned in the specific offer.
d) Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and are added to the total value of the selected products. The user will be informed of these costs before confirming his request and completing the purchase process.
e) If, at the time of the formalization of the request, a computer error occurs, whether manual, technical or otherwise, that causes a substantial change - understood as the reported price to be disproportionate because it is exorbitant or manifestly derisory – and involuntary on the part of THE ASTEROID on the retail price, the purchase order shall be deemed invalid and nullified.

5.3) Order Completion and Delivery Time

If your order has been properly completed, it will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the business day following the completion of the order.
In case of unavailability in the process of delivery, either because we run out of stock or any unavailability of the shipping services, we will inform the buyer within a maximum of 30 days from the knowledge of this unavailability and we will proceed with the full repayment of the amounts paid.

6 – WARRANTY
a) The products marketed by our website are covered by all the warranties provided by the Portuguese legislation in force, being protected, namely, lacks of conformity that manifests within two years from the date of delivery of the product, provided that the customer communicates them within two months of the date on which he detected the defect.
b) In the case of defective products, you must, before returning it, previously communicate the defect, describing it and proving the purchase of the product, to the email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
c) In case of a defect, the customer may choose one of the following remedies: repair, replacement, adequate price reduction or termination of the contract. The costs that results from the return within the warranty period will be paid by THE ASTEROID.
d) THE ASTEROID undertakes to carry out the repair or replacement requested by the buyer within a maximum of 30 days from the date we receive the product.
e) Upon the replacement of the product, the new product delivered will be entitled to a new warranty, totally independent of the warranty of the replaced good.
7 – DEVOLUTION AND FREE WITHDRAWAL
a) The buyer has the right of free withdrawal, without having to indicate any reason and incurring only in the costs of returning the goods, which must be entirely paid by you, within 14 days of receiving the good or, in the case of several goods ordered in a single order, from the day on which the last good was received.
b) Within 14 days of the returned goods being received by us, THE ASTEROID will fully reimburse the sums paid by the consumer.
c) In order to facilitate the Right to Withdrawal, THE ASTEROID makes available here a Contract Withdrawal Form, which you can download, fill out and send scanned to email@example.com, in spite of the fact that the buyer can use another form of appropriate communication to formally operate this right (e.g. registered mail or other form of certified mail).
d) The buyer must choose his product with maximum care, since THE ASTEROID only makes the exchange of products when it implies a mere change of the size of the footwear purchased.
e) Under the terms of the previous paragraph, if the buyer intends to exchange the product that he has purchased, he must, within a maximum of 14 days after receiving it, contact THE ASTEROID to his email firstname.lastname@example.org, and, in this case, the customer will only pay the costs of return and delivery of the new good, which will be fully supported by the customer.
f) In order to be able to exercise the rights provided in this number 6, the buyer must handle the product with the same care as he would in a physical store. Therefore, the product must be unpacked with the utmost care and the handling must be carried out to the strictest extent necessary to verify the nature and characteristics of the product and it is forbidden the possibility of the costumer to use the products purchased, in particular outdoors.
g) The product must be returned in the same state as the buyer received it, accompanied by its original packaging and wrappers.
h) If the purchaser does not follow the instructions provided herein, THE ASTEROID can refuse to accept the exchange of the product or its return and, in the latter case, to make the corresponding reimbursement
